Zero. Fun. Sir!
This customer's walls were plaster w metal lath and were quite difficult to demo! Furthermore, the floors were built like Fort Knox. Needless to say, I'm happy to have this one completed and onto the next one!
- Laundry room converted back to the original half bathroom
- Full bath converted back to the original laundry room
- 400 sq ft of flooring was removed; installed new tile
