I love how these companies say " buy an ac and get a furnace free" or " buy a furnace and get an ac free" it's because they charge soo much, they can wash it. They agree to sell x amount of equipment to get special prices. Which honestly is a fraction of what I can buy it for! But, I sell at a 10% upcharge. That covers my quotes and travel/transport time. My labor is flat rated. They charge astronomical rates and offer in house financing. "It's only $100 a month for 10 years plus interest" do the math people! I have no hidden costs or fees. Product warranty is the same as large companies, labor warranty is 1 year. If a company offers more than a year labor warranty, it is built into the initial cost. That being said, some manufacturers are offering a longer labor warranty, but you're paying for it initially.
