Pinot & Pallets offers private wood pallet painting parties for any group event such as birthdays, bachelorette parties, work events, showers, girls night out, or any group wanting a fun night out with friends and family. Each attendant will be supplied with their very own wood pallet sign (pre-stained) and all painting supplies needed. Set up and clean up before and after each party will be provi
ded. I will also be there to guide each guest and help out with instruction. Each guests can pick which sign (from the choices) they want to use. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE THE SAME SIGN FOR THE WHOLE PARTY. All signs are 24 x 20, except the "HOME" sign with family name and established date, which is 24 x 17. Each guest will pick their own stain color and signs will be pre-stained with wire placed on back for hanging and ready to be painted upon each party. Why choose us? You will have your very own wood pallet sign to hang in your home. Not very creative? That's ok, we will help guide you through your work. Anyone is capable of creating their own beautiful sign! Parties currently book for Thursday through Sunday only. Time allotted for each party is 3 hrs. Parties must be held at a business location, no residential parties. Below I have listed a few locations who will allow these parties to take place in their establishment. I will work with these places in booking your party on your preferred date and time. Please let me know if you have a particular establishment, not listed, that you would like to hold your party at and I will be more than happy to contact them for you. Parties must be booked with me at least two weeks in advance to allow for planning. Parties book for a minimum of 8 ppl. Host or Hostess payment will be waived if 15 or more people are booked for one party. Pricing is $55 per person
Payment will be accepted from each guest at the beginning of each party A nonrefundable deposit of $110 is required at the initial booking for each party. This amount will be applied to the individual cost of two attendants the day of party or fully refunded. If party is cancelled, this amount will be forfeited. Unless notified a week before party, all guests who have placed their sign stain/sign choice order will be responsible for paying for their sign if they cancel. Your sign can then be given to your host who can give to you along with some take home paint. You can then finish your sign at your convenience at home.
