A good client and friend of ours wanted to give his master bathroom a fresh new upgrade. We started by removing the old vanity, toilet, mirrors, and light fixtures. From there, we repaired and cleaned up the walls, applied fresh paint to both the walls and ceiling, and removed the existing base trim so we could refinish it with a clean satin clear coat.

We then installed new LVT flooring along with a new vanity, faucets, mirrors, lighting, and toilet to completely update the space.

One thing we always recommend during any bathroom renovation or upgrade is replacing all plumbing shutoffs, supply lines, drainage components, outlets, and light switches while everything is accessible. Taking care of those items during the remodel helps prevent future issues and gives homeowners peace of mind knowing the room is fully updated behind the scenes as well as visually. This transformation completely changed the feel of this home and made the space feel so much bigger. Our clients are absolutely in love with the results.
We removed the wall that separated the breakfast nook and dining room to create a more open and connected layout. The old wall paneling was torn out and replaced with fresh drywall for a clean, updated look. We also removed the ceiling fan and pendant light, closed up the ceiling, and installed new flush mount lighting throughout the space.
To complete the kitchen upgrade, we installed and stained new lower cabinets to perfectly match the existing cabinetry and finished everything off with a sleek black countertop. We also handcrafted a custom stained transition piece to seamlessly bring the flooring from both rooms together.
The project was wrapped up with a fresh new wall color that really brightened and modernized the entire area. We always enjoy working with this client and appreciate the opportunity to bring their vision to life.

During demolition of the old shower, we discovered mold behind the existing sheeting and insulation.
