They asked me if could match the prefinish landing. That's not easy my friends but you be the judge. Prefinish material are sprayed on stain and finished at the manufacturer by a computer whereas I custom mixed the stain and applied the finish by hand

Only one day of fumes with the stain and then 3 coats of Bona water-based finish...You can see the finish drying down in only 20 minutes from the time i rolled it on ..itll be dry two hours tops and walkable

The customer loved everything and they didn't even have to move out .I recommended going with a non smell ,quick dry water base finish and each day that we applied a coat of finish it was dry before they came home from work
