Completed - 2 of 2 Outdoor Projects
When a client ( which also is a close friend ) suggests he has an “idea” for a privacy fence… So we built a custom fence from his vision, using generic fence panels and using the existing chain link fence to support it.

Completed - 1 of 2 Outdoor Projects.
Had an interesting project that we picked away at over the course of a few months. Dodging weather and picking nice days to work, a homeowner needed a shed rebuild. During the winter a tree fell on a shed which the homeowner built himself years ago. Instead of demolishing, he asked if it could be rebuilt. We agreed to take on the project.

Replacement of a storm door. Switched to an Anderson Series 10 with a built in retractable screen. Anderson Storm Doors have a limited lifetime warranty and are amazing products.

🔥No Heat Call🔥
Unit tripping off on a code for pressure switch not closing. Checking around the system and found the intake filled with debris. Did a system check and other then the very dirty air filter it’s an easy fix. Cleaned intake and on to the next call.

What is this?

Oil Maintenances are required annually to keep oil heaters burning safe and efficient. Below is a picture of three main parts replaced during a maintenance, oil filter, pump screen and nozzle. Even tho they’re not the worse we’ve seen replacing these parts, along with a heat exchanger brushing, makes sure everything is in top order. A combustion test pre-cleaning on this unit read 78.3% and increased to 82.5% post cleaning which directly saves money.
