Two months ago, we stumbled across one of the most intriguing homes I’d ever seen… a midcentury modern home painted “Smurf” blue.

The owners had neglected maintenance over the years and wanted to sell as-is. Renovating this home was too good of an opportunity to pass up… but I knew immediately this wasn’t just any project. It had to be done right.

so we turned to you guys for help! and built a community of 150K+ helping make some crucial decisions along the way.

Setbacks, surprises, and all, I’m so proud of what we created together.

A new build shouldn't feel like a white box. First impressions are everything and plain is not the impression we want to give. We created this custom bench right at the entrance to signal high-end intentionality to the buyer.
