Shorty's Painting "No Ladder needed "

This is a picture of a few rooms that were recently painted here in Clintonville. I removed the old paint that had gotten on the beautiful woodwork over the years. Then we touched up the stain and re-clear-coated. We then finish the walls up with Sherwin-Williams Emerald matte finish latex paint and Duration matte finish latex paint. I prefer the matte finish to Satin as it helps hide the imperfections in these old plaster walls that we have here in Clintonville, but still has a nice luster.

This was a wood lap sided house that we painted. After a good power washing and oil-based priming of bare wood. We applied two to four coats of rejuvenate, to build the layers of paint back up to a fresher surface. I use rejuvenate on homes that have multiple layers of paint. Because it allows me to put a higher millage of paint without sag in the product. When it dries it levels some of the uneven layers of paint out. To give a smoother finish than traditional paints.

This was a vinyl sided home that we painted this year. After a firm power washing we applied two coats of duration satin exterior vinyl safe paint to all surfaces. For the porch floor we used Sherwin-Williams porch and flooring ammo two coats as well.

As the warm weather comes to a close, I am beginning to move to interior projects. I am still giving bids for exterior projects for next year.

This was a multiple room job. We painted all walls with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Duration satin. All ceilings with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams ProMar ceiling paint. All Previously unpainted trim, door frames and doors Is with Is 2 Coats of Sherwin Williams White Pigmented Shelack, then 2 top coats of Sherwin Williams Pro Classic Waterborn Acrylic Enamel.

We painted a kitchen with cabinets, dining room, and hallway at this home. Using Sherwin Williams Duration satin on all walls, and oil prime to start the cabinets to stop tannins from bleeding through. Finished them up with 2 top coats of Sherwin Williams Pro Classic semi gloss.
