About two years ago, I hit a wall and decided to take a step back — to learn, to grow, and to build a stronger foundation for my business. Best decision I could’ve made. I realized success isn’t just about skill, it’s about balance, communication, and knowing when to say no.

Basements are usually quoted out by the square foot. What if we changed that? What if we did basements based on time and materials. At first, you might think, well this would be more expensive because if it is based off of time, they we would work slower. That isn't the case at all, I used to think the same way, until I met a company that does metal work, all based off of time and materials. It sharply cuts profits, however it accomplishes two things, 1. ensures that I will have a steady flow of work, day after day, and 2. It would help you save money! It won't save you 10s of thousands, but my guess, it will save you at least a few thousand. What are your thoughts.

Just finished up this homes theater seating area. Total rise is 38 inches from the bottom seating area. Each section will have movie styled chairs, for a total of 12 seats! Holy smokes!!!! The wiring for the lights has been pre-installed. Once carpeted, there will be 24v lighting, illuminating each step. This is turning into a very fun project

2022 has ended, and thank goodness for that. I am returning back to what I passionately love doing...basements...but for now, I want to focus on something that is angering me more and more. Water heaters. I have replaced a few in the last few weeks, companies are quoting between 2900 and 7000 for a water heater replacement! INSANE....So here is my promise to you, materials plus 400 labor. I will replace your tank with a similar tank (no upgrades to tankless for this cost!), replace the supply lines, shut off valve, and flexible gas line. The days of insanely priced water heater replacement are over. Cheers to 2023.

To me, spec homes are the most fun to build. The reason behind this is that I am allowed 100 percent creative freedom in my builds. With this build I wanted to accomplish 2 things, to bring outside inside and vice versa, and to have a true cinema inspired theater. We just installed this door last night. I cannot wait until I turn the finish product over to it's new owners.
The door installed is produced here in the US, by . It features 4 panels, the ability to move the doors individually. I cannot Express the quality of this product from shipping container to build.

Ever just get so excited in the morning to wake up and get after it? Man today was no different. Got the put in the garages and outdoor storage today. I waited on this just so the concrete doesn't get destroyed. Working late, but it's ok. Here I decided on a 4500psi with fiber, oh, and i also put in 6 inches of roadbase....Once cured, I'll go ahead and get plywood down to protect it. Just doing it right in the #303.
