For the past six years, Grace has been helping turn homeowners' ideas into spaces they love. From starting as a CAD Designer to becoming a Project Developer, she's grown right alongside our company and has become an invaluable part of the team.

Whether she's solving complex challenges, helping clients visualize their dream basement, or keeping projects moving forward with her incredible attention to detail, Grace always finds a way to make things happen. She's talented, creative, dependable, and one of the funniest people you'll ever meet.

Last week, Amy, Tonia, and Paige made their way to Google Headquarters in Ann Arbor for a day we won't forget. Getting to see the space, connect with our Google rep Rachel, and dig into what's working and what's next for Basements Plus was honestly one of those days that reminds you why investing in your business matters. We came back with a ton of new ideas and a lot of energy heading into the rest of the year.

🎉 Happy Ten Year Anniversary, Kyle!
Ten years ago a 16 year old kid walked into Basements Plus and never left. That kid is now our DBP Production Manager, a Michigan State graduate, a licensed builder, and a homeowner who finished his own basement. Safe to say Kyle has come a long way.
As Steve and Amy's son, Kyle has been around this company for as long as most of us can remember. But over the last ten years he has earned every step of his journey on his own. The trust this team has in him is not because of his last name, it is because of his work ethic, his knowledge, and the kind of leader he has become.
From 16 to 26, from job sites to production management, Kyle has grown up alongside this company and we could not be more proud. Here is to ten incredible years!
