Happy 4-year anniversary Erik!!🎉

As Marketing Coordinator, Erik plays a huge role in showing off the work we're proud of. From capturing striking before-and-after photos to coordinating open houses that put homeowners' newly finished basements on full display, he makes sure every project gets the spotlight it deserves.

Beyond that, Erik is one of those behind-the-scenes people who makes everything run smoother. Whether it's supporting a project, helping out around the office, or jumping in wherever an extra hand is needed, he brings a level of dependability that doesn't always get the spotlight but is felt by the whole team. His background in photography, which grew from a hobby during his years in radio, continues to shine through in the work he produces.

And of course, no shoutout to Erik would be complete without mentioning his office trademark: lunchtime pizza. If you smell it, he's probably close by.

Four years ago, Austin joined the Basements Plus team. Since then, he's become the guy everyone loves talking to, especially our customers. Ask anyone on the team and they'll tell you: he's hands down the funniest person here.

He's also the one who shows up for annual maintenance, year after year, bringing his background in construction, logistics, and project management to every job. He finds real satisfaction in working alongside a talented team and helping customers get more out of their homes.

Four years in, and he's still making people laugh while getting the job done right. We're lucky to have him.

Eight years ago, Chelsea Foster joined the Basements Plus team. Her passion for merging functionality with design goes back to her youth, and after earning a fine art degree and a Bachelor's in interior design, she's spent her career turning that passion into homes people love.

Her clients are her biggest inspiration. Understanding their lifestyles and personal style is what drives her creativity, and she thrives on turning outdated spaces into vibrant, functional ones that actually fit how homeowners live now.

Eight years in, and she's still chasing new challenges, in design and in life. (Fun fact: one of her personal goals is to design and build her own forever home.)

We're lucky to have her, and we can't wait for many more years with her on the team.
