9 bedrooms. 5,000 gallons of tank capacity. 640 feet of drainfield. 😳

This wasn’t your average residential septic installation.

We completed one of the largest residential systems in Jackson County today. We installed a system for a 9-bedroom home, including:

• 3,500-gallon septic tank
• 1,500-gallon dosing tank
• 12-hole distribution box installed on a poured, level concrete pad
• 8 drainfield lines at 80 feet each
• 640 total feet of drainfield

When you’re dealing with a system this large, level distribution matters. Proper installation matters. Every elevation and connection matters.

From the permit to excavation, tanks, distribution and hundreds of feet of field line, our crew handled the entire installation.

Monday morning and this pipe had already had enough. 😂💦

A stubborn clog called. Matt brought the jetter.

High-pressure water doesn’t just poke a hole through the blockage. It cleans the buildup out of the pipe and gets things moving again.

🔧 A septic system from the 1960s. On Lake Lanier. And it needed the RIGHT repair.

Older septic systems don’t always need someone to come in and tear everything apart.

This Lake Lanier property had a system dating back to the 1960s, and with a delicate environment like this, experience matters. You have to understand what you’re looking at, determine what can be repaired, and disturb as little of the property as possible while getting the system functioning properly again.

🚨 Yep… this is exactly what it looks like. 😂💩

This septic tank was clogged up HEAVY with toilet paper and wipes. A regular pump-out wasn’t enough, so we backwashed it to break everything loose and get the tank properly cleaned out.

And your friendly septic reminder of the day: “flushable” wipes may flush… but your septic system did NOT agree to that relationship. 😂

If it’s not toilet paper, put it in the trash. Your septic tank will thank you.
