It might be 95 degrees outside, but that hasn’t slowed Missy down one bit! While the rest of us are looking for air conditioning, she’s out here creating these beautiful swinging bird feeders. 🐦🇺🇸

From flags and firecrackers to bird feeders and home décor, there’s just about nothing this gal can’t build. I’m telling y’all, if Missy can dream it, she can make it happen!

Now the question is… who’s ready to give the birds a front porch swing of their own? ❤️🤍💙

What do you get when you mix pool noodles, PVC pipe, tassels, and a whole lot of creativity? These beautiful handmade firecrackers! ❤️🤍💙

Missy has been hard at work in the she-shed while I’ve been busy at the elections office, and look at what she’s created! I swear that woman can turn just about anything into something beautiful.

I have so much fun doing life, junking, crafting, and dreaming up new ideas with my bestie. We can’t wait for y’all to see our patriotic display at Olive Branch Antiques.

And after Tuesday, I’ll be done with elections, and Lord help Monroe County, because we’ll both be on fire! 🔥😂 We’ve got big plans, lots of projects, and plenty of sass headed your way.

Y’all might think me and Missy have gone MIA from Sassy Gals and Misfit Makes, but I promise we haven’t!

We’ve been busy with estate sales, traveling, elections, and all the fun (and crazy) things life throws our way. But this week, Missy finally made it back to the she-shed while I’m still holding down the fort at the elections office.

And let me tell y’all… she’s been busy!

She’s been creating the cutest flags (some with fairy lights), firecrackers, and roasted marshmallow decor, and y’all have been keeping her hopping. We can’t even get a flag up to our booth at the Olive Branch before it’s already sold! 🇺🇸❤️

Take a look at what she’s been making and show her some love. We may have been a little quiet on social media, but we’ve definitely been hard at work behind the scenes!

Y’all… Missy and I just gotta holler a BIG ol’ thank you to Vintage Market of Monroe and the beautiful William Harris Homestead. What. A. Weekend.

Three days of sunshine, sweet folks, and one downright gorgeous homestead—Lord, it don’t get much better than that. And listen… I FINALLY got to tour that house and I was grinning like a kid on Christmas morning the whole time.

We are so thankful for the memories, the laughs, and every single person who stopped by to see us. Y’all made it something special.

Now we’re already counting down till fall… and you better believe we’ll be back and ready to roll 🍂✨

Y’all, we are BACK at the William Harris Homestead today and it is shaping up to be a BEAUTIFUL day! ☀️

Come meet Bo - the sweetest horse you’ll ever lay eyes on… but just a heads up, don’t try to feed him, bless it… he ain’t got no teeth 😄

We’ve got gorgeous grounds, tons of history, amazing vendors, and all the good festival vibes going on. AND I am extra excited because I finally get to tour the house today!

Y’all, we have officially landed at the Spring Festival at the absolutely stunning William Harris Homestead… and let me tell you—this place is serving history, charm, and straight-up country magic.

Sassy Links and Misfit Makes are set up and ready, surrounded by some seriously awesome vendors. There’s a bouncy house for the kiddos, a real-life blacksmith doing their thing (like… how cool is that?!), and enough goodness out here to keep you wandering all day.

If you’ve been looking for a sign to get out of the house—THIS IS IT.

We’ll be here all weekend long: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday… so grab your people, bring your wallet, and come see us!
