Nice view from my office yesterday. Cleared the pine needles off the roof, painted some trim boards and built a new crawl space cover. The roof was way steeper than it looks from the ground. Good thing the terminex guys were there to take down the wasps nests for me!

I am super pumped about the results on this porch renovation. I still have to put a second coat of stain on the floor but I installed all the white trim boards and lattice frames. I'll stain or paint the lattice frames in 90 days. I'm thinking the frame should be the same color as the floor. What do you think?
