Cut out bathroom sink drain and replaced with new drain. Old cast iron had rusted shut.

Installed LVP( luxury vinyl prank) in this customers kitchen also new quarter round trim.

Upon arriving at the roof repair job, I discovered that a previous company had incorrectly cut out a significant portion of the roofing to fix a pipe collar. I notified the homeowner and proceeded to rectify the issue.

Starting to become a bedroom! have to hang drywall on the ceiling, finish mudding and all the finishing touches, going to be a fun task for this one man army!

This is just one of many projects I’m doing for these costumers. More photos to come as the project progresses!

This one required new foundation seals, subfloor repairs, and while we where at it upgraded from a 32” to 36” half lite exterior door.
