It's one of the first questions we get from homeowners, and honestly, it's a good one.
Every project is different, but understanding the timeline helps you plan and set expectations from day one.

At The Stone Group, our average pool build takes around 6–8 weeks, depending on the complexity and scope of the project. If you're creating a complete backyard experience with custom hardscaping, landscaping, outdoor living areas, and accessory structures, our average turnkey timeline is around 3–4 months.

The goal isn't just to build a pool, it's to create an outdoor space that's thoughtfully designed, built with quality craftsmanship, and ready for your family to enjoy for years to come.
