Some homes are just about following the stepping stones.

First, there were undertones. Lovely moss-green undertones in taupe & beige limestone. Punctuated by classic yet modern cherry wood.

Then, homeowners brought in floor-to-ceiling custom gray-green curtains to lean in to the earthy undercurrent of the limestone.

From there, we knew we had a beautiful foundation to work from. Through our Turnkey program, we neutralized some of the client’s colorful walls while bringing muted color into other areas, such as the gray-green cabinets in the family room.

The final step, staging focused on cream, taupe & beige to highlight and soften against the copious, beautiful stone.

We typically post photos taken by our team internally on staging day. We do this in part for legal reasons, in part because we seek to show style & staging over square footage, which many real estate photographs focus on.

But when the amazing drops a dropbox file in your lap that looks like this, you post it.

Have you noticed the chatter amongst the trendsetters… the increasing backlash against mass production, and the turn toward analog, slow, heirloom, handmade, heritage, established, even generational?

It’s our job to notice.

With this in mind, we are helping our clients stay ahead of the curve by leaning into the telling of each home’s unique story.

And this particular home was perfect for some of those exact trends, perfect for a new style showcase.

We pulled heavily from our antique and vintage collection, cultivated over 20 years in the industry.

Many visitors to last week’s showcase brokers tour were shocked that every item in the home came from our staging warehouse. Which was our hope. To create a space that rebelled against the staged look we have all come to expect. And embraced something different.
