And that's a wrap for this beautiful historic home!

Complete tear out and re build of first floor, as the structure of this home was in serious shambles. But we were able to bring the place back to life 💚

New framing, footings, and carrying beams for the much needed support. Closed it in and put a blueskin v***r barrier underlayment underneath.

Finished it off with some new v-groove pine ceilings, and a Brazilian cherry hardwood floor!

Sad to see this beautiful wall paper go, but sure something new and exiting will be replaced in its place.

Removed and reframed, bathroom floor for a more stable and level floor with a new finish!

Super blessed to have the opportunity to tackle this job for some amazing repeat customers, and always super stoked to be working along side a good friend and amazing builder Trevor Ahearn with ahearn building & remodeling. As usual we absolutely crushed and had a blast jamming along the way 🤙🤘

Good push in the first week on the first floor renovation. Got it jacked up a few inches back to level, (couple cracks) but the house is thanking us for some much needed stability. Got a little more then 1/2 framed footings poured through actually supporting the structure now. New sills and rim joist. Got a lot left to do but it's going to be an amazing turn out with some beautiful finished products 💪

Have many jobs checked off and waiting for finish photos.

Today was a start to a new job and another collaboration with Trevor Ahearn with ahearn building and remodeling. Taking care of these folks on this 200 year old home.. walking through is like a roller coaster, floors saging and just completely gone in most places. Basically hardwood flooring was holding the place together.

Some nice hemlock whole tree floor joist 🤘 day 1 floor and joist removed and we'll be getting ready to start putting her back to soon. Multiple changes coming to this place, along with some beautiful flooring

Acouple bathrooms in the same house we finished recently for some absolute amazing triple repeat customers 💚

Master bath- removal of old wall paper, tile, lighting, vanity, toilet.

Updated with Kohler South wick vanity,with the Kohler Bellera faucet! fresh paint on walls and trim, kohler cimarron toilet, and some hexagon tile to finish it up

Secondary bath- removal of old wall paper, tile,lighting vanity and toilet. Removed the shower for more room for storage

Updated with- Fresh paint on walls and trim, kohler South wick vanity, with the Kohler Memoirs Faucet! Kohler cimarron toilet, new lighting, and bronzed hexagon tiles. Built in linen closet for some added storage!

Finished up this entryway this week. Brick-style tile with Urban Bronze grout and cleaned up the closet with fresh paint and new baseboards.

Small space, big difference when you walk in the door.

Amazing clients to work with and grateful to finish this space for them how they wanted 🤙

Beautiful turnout to this entryway! We finished this space with a vertical nickel gap in Sherwin Williams Emerald Fog, added built-in cabinet storage, an oak bench top, and a matching oak free-standing cabinet to tie everything together.

Always blessed to have repeat customers who trust me to be part of some really cool projects. This beautiful entryway was the perfect finishing touch to the basement remodel I posted previously, and I couldn’t be happier with how it all came out.

Grateful for the continued support and excited to be back on the schedule with them again for another project this spring, and fall🙏🤙

Been on some awesome projects lately— just waiting on those final finish photos! But in the meantime, here’s one we wrapped up a couple months back 👇

Custom Built Linen / Laundry Cabinet

Built for some amazing clients, this piece features:
✔️ Clean Shaker-style doors
✔️ Matching shaker finished cabinet sides
✔️ Assembled, prepped, and finished on site for a seamless fit

Was cool to make a full cabinet not only look sharp but maximize storage and function for a tight home. Deleted a chimney as well to open up the top of the stair a bit.

Was able to get over and get some finish photos of this beautiful basement remodel we finished up a couple months ago! Truly amazing outcome! Adding in a full finished basement, and 3/4 bath. This job was truly amazing in many ways but one of the coolest was being able to reuse all the barn boards and beams from a 200 year old Amish barn. Beautiful 6x6 oak beams which still had all the jointery in it. And was giving full reins on the accent wall, custom built in shelving, and building a barn door for the bath. Could smell the nostalgia on it! Pictures do no justice on the details of this space!!

And today our beautiful journey has truly started! Extremely blessed to have the opportunity in life to build our home on our land! And to be able to share a community build with our friends and family side by side is going to be the most amazing feeling ever. Thankful for everyone who has/is, and will be helping along the way 💚
