Hey Everyone!!

I want to announce that I have reopened Chase Renovations and Remodeling LLC for business.

I’m currently taking new clients.

I will let everyone know that I shutdown my business in November 2024 to take care of my father full time. My father was diagnosed with Brain Cancer in March 2024, and he passed away April 2025.

After my fathers passing I began the journey of restarting my business. I took classes to get my NCGC license and I passed my test in March 2026. So now I am a Fully Licensed North Carolina General Contractor!

With that being said, I want to share with everyone one of the last contracts I finished before I shutdown.

This project was for Sherry and Wes Bruce. This is their 3 season Porch addition that I completed for them the summer’s end of 2024. Sherry and Wes are amazing clients and I now they’re loving their 3 season porch!! I’ve added photos of the project to this post!

Tomorrow I will be posting photos of a full house remodel and a full house renovation I did over the summer 2025- winter 2026. These were personal projects.

This project was completed in August 2023 in Concord NC

This project was for a wonderful family that was a repeat client. I built her deck for her back in October of 2018. I came back to add on a roof for her deck. I also changed out her front porch railing.
