With the business, there's usually a few many things that I take care of, but with taking on the maintenance for the apartment complex in Ashtabula Harbor, I not only do the light renovations and repairs, but I also take care of the appliance repairs and many other various tasks that they want done.
Couple more things to add to the list would be weatherization of the building windows and doors with a total of 62 windows 26 exterior doors I'm out a 16,000 square-foot parking lot to clean fill and seal.

At times I feel like I'm not doing enough because I do not take every single job on as I did in my first year of business. That was one thing I had to learn and although the first year was very busy, I had no family time. For the third year of business, I'm trying to find the balance between being the best I can be for the business and clientele and that also be the best I could be as a father and future husband to my fiancé.

I'm excited to share that I've been working on a transformation, and it's been a game-changer. There's still more to come, including additional coats of paint, trim work, and the final phase of installing ceiling fans and light fixtures, along with a Bathroom Remodel. Small repair for the folks at Ashtabula JDs

By the time I was finished with the repair, I definitely had an appetite and I am very thankful to the guys up there for supplying me with a pepperoni sub. It was hard to say no after smelling the food for so long.

From the initial dig to the filling in. This line has been successfully cleared. Now time for a shower and onto the original project at hand and finish this flooring.
