Looking to hire a motivated male or female for a Lead Technician position to join our team. Located in Conroe and must have reliable transportation. This position is Monday-Friday with a guaranteed 40+ hours a week. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age with a valid TX Drivers License, clean drivers record, and be able to pass a background check. NO EXPERIENCE is required, training will be on the job. Must be able to work in ALL weather conditions, lift minimum 50lbs, self managed, and dependable. Room for growth and promotions for the right individual. Competitive weekly pay and benefits with a starting salary of $42,000- $52,000 a year plus commission, based upon experience and ability to learn and grow with the company’s vision. $1,000 sign-on bonus after completing 6 months of employment. Here’s a major TLC we did on this older system for a client in Cypress! Old damaged heater that froze from the last deepfreeze we had a few years ago got replaced along with the non-compatible filter pump. We also made this rental property easier to be controlled through the web making it completely hands-free and operable from anywhere. Just in time to enjoy the spa with this cooler weather and knock the chill off in the pool. ☀️
