Another renovation successfully completed.
What began as a dormer leak that caused significant water damage quickly revealed a number of structural issues. Our team stepped in to fully restore the space, replacing the damaged subfloor, correcting the flatness of the joists, and completing new drywall, paint, electrical fixtures, lighting, baseboards, an entry door and storm door, new flooring, window casing, and several additional punch-list items to bring the home back to top condition.
