HELP WANTED! Uncommon Grounds, LLC is looking to fill position available for spray technician. Need to start ASAP so we can begin training/practicing before the busy season. Applicant will be responsible for making lawn care applications to customers lawns. Full-time, year round position. Applicant must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to work unsupervised and be able to work outside in various weather conditions. Ability to operate ride-on sprayers (similar to zero turn mowers) and Isuzu trucks. Must be able to pass state certification exam within 3 months of hire date. We will help you prepare. Experience not needed as training provided. Vacation, holiday pay. Uniforms provided. Applicant MUST have the following:

· A VALID Driver’s License.

· Reliability: Arrive on time and when scheduled.

· Accountability: Be held accountable.

· Stamina to perform physical work outdoors in all weather conditions

· Good / clean driving habits.

· Ability to operate equipment/trucks.

· Ability to work independently, as a team and unsupervised.

· Willing to take and PASS a state certification exam. This is a Requirement.

Position Responsibilities:

· Application of fertilizers and herbicides to lawns.
