Previous roofers did such a crap job on this 5-6 year old roof!

Didn’t tear off the existing 3 layers of flat roofing and just slapped another layer on it, pitiful!

Ripped all the old crap off, installed new 3/4” CDX Plywood, 1/2” Insulation Board, and fully adhered 60mm EPDM Membrane!

Never seen this before, but the previous roofer put ridge vent right at the pitch transition! Water was funneling straight into the house.

Got the homeowner fixed up, installed Ice & Water shield to properly flash the angle change, and closest color matching architectural shingles we could find
