🎉 FREE GARAGE DOOR OPENER!!

Yesterday we tried to give away a garage door opener but nobody guessed the right score to the game. And we’re itching to give this thing away to one of you. So. 1 week from now, we will give one away to the closest guess to how many self tapping tek screws or takes to install these 10 overhead doors! That’s how many screws combined for all these doors.

The opener is a battery backup, belt drive, for a 7’ tall overhead door, installed, with 2 remotes.

The Medina Motoplex Project in Minnesota is complete!

The weather on one would be 90 and sunny, then -4 and wind/snow on another.

It’s been an awesome project and a ton of fun to watch this facility transform from a field to one of the most complex man cave concepts in the country.

Apparently conversation was overheard between Taylor Swift and the mother of star Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, in the suite at Met Life Stadium Sunday night.

After celebrating Kelce’s touchdown in their 23-20 win over the Jets, it is reported that Taylor leaned over to Donna Kelce and said, “If you are interested in a Garage Door, you should check out North Suburban Garage Door!!”

BOMBSHELL!!! The conversation between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard had at the end of the trial has been leaked! The transcript reads:
Heard: Johnny... Hey! Can you turn around and look at me?
Depp: (bows his head)

Depp: (Turns to his lawyer, and his lawyer shakes her head)

The company that installed this door did a below par job, that’s ok. We are here to get these 1 year old doors up and operational.
Working around Ferraris and G wagons is a little tedious.

12 overhead doors consisting of 84 sections, 12 commercial jackshaft operators, and 5 days of dedication.

3-4 weeks until the next go! Phase 2 will consist of 10 more!

Underground Parking!
2-10x8 TF-2s by North Central Door installed with a pair of T501L5s by LiftMaster.
The entrance door is controlled by access control to limit entry to those that are actually permitted. And the exit is opened by an unground loop detector that senses the magnetic field of a vehicle.
