Heres a recent job we completed up in sangerville! What was once an open porch, is now covered and clear of the elements! With new posts, rafters, sheathing and a metal roof. The homeowner also added in some can lights to brighten eveything up after dark. Reach out to us today to get your projects completed!

Rot repair, deck repair and door installation last week in Carmel. Homeowner had water leaking from the upstairs door down into the basement. After repairing all rot with new studs, a new top plate, insulation, flashing and tape it was time to reinstall the deck. In doing this we were able to salvage a good portion of the deck. This saved the homeowner some money as well. Upon completion of the deck we wrapped this project up with a brand new pella door that received new interior and exterior trim.

Over the last few weeks we did some metal and siding work on this barn in st albans. The homeowner installed new doors and did the majority of the siding. We gave a hand as needed with the vinyl and wrapped the fascia, doors and windows with all new metal. Put up j channel around all doors and windows. As well as attaching new rake fascia, soffit and drip edge. Feels good to see this place come back to life. And if you’re in need of hay for your livestock give Martin Family Farms a shout.
