During the 2020 Portland riots, Rep. Susan McClain was NOT a friend to our law enforcement. She voted yes on policies that restricted our police officers. She co-sponsored house bills that took away their ability to keep us safe. She allowed the destruction of small businesses and private property, which resulted in the loss of profits and business for many business owners. Because of the policies Susan supports, the city of Portland is a shell of the diamond it once was.
Gina stands with our law enforcement, and will support them with the resources they need to maintain top-notch law and order in our communities. Susan McClain will continue to vote against our law enforcement, and will support initiatives that will defund and disarm our police force.
