Water damage throughout the kitchen and living room from a previous dishwasher leak. Rotten subfloor and joist replaced with new 35 new 2x8 joist and 3/4 Tounge and Groove subfloor with 1/2 inch layer on top to match the floor that was still good. This one fought back from Day #1. Hands down the biggest tear out of layers we have ever seen, on top of that, not a square or level surface to be found. This beauty got a weight loss surgery and a new look to go with it! All new sill plates, band joist, floor joist, main center support beams, subflooring, sheetrock with knockdown, interior walls, interior doors, exterior door, bathroom, trim, waterproof laminate flooring.... the list goes on. Every floor had 3 layers (if not 4!) We finally stopped counting after 13 loads on a 16ft double axle trailer on the tearout. Customers wanted to do the painting. Shoutout to the Dobbins family, Thank you for putting your trust in us and we appreciate your business!

Been awhile since ive posted but its been nonstop for a while. Out with the old and in with the new. New ceilings, flooring, screened in porch, and metal wrap. Besides a few minor touch ups and metal on the front eve of the porch, this ones a wrap. And a little word of the wise from experience, always check the manufacture date on caulking!
