Factory 1 is now offering this high performance 2:1 polyaspartic, high-gloss, low odor, clear coat system. This tough, durable, UV-resistant coating has been designed to be used as a topcoat sealant for all of Factory 1’s floor coating systems. This low odor formula is perfect for areas that cannot have high long lasting odors such as schools, restaurants, hospitals, healthcare facilities, etc. This system is available in 3 gallon packaging that makes it perfect for oversized 2 car garage applications or up to 540 sq ft over fully rejected flake installations.
