Sorry for the late post this year. Yes we are up and running. We have more lights then last year. I got alot of messages regarding our house and the lollipops, my husband and I made 21 years ago. I got 4 of them working again, and our arrow will be up next year. My husband had open heart surgery 3 months ago, and was limited on things he can do. Our house has changed alot. Basically had to start from scratch. Thank-you to everyone in the community that we've seen over the years. Young children 20 plus years ago now have their own families and is passing on the tradition of visiting our street every year. YOU are the reason we all still do this.

Sorry I haven't returned everyone's messages it is very overwhelming to keep up. 😅 But it just isn't the same. So many of our neighbors have moved. Or in our case our children have all grown up and moved away. Many of us are just keeping in simple with decorations. In our situation most of our so loved decorations we're destroyed, or need alot of work to fix. I will be adding more to the yard as the season continues. But if any of my neighbors want to take over the reigns of this platform of Candy Cane Lane please reach out to me. Sorry I am not to tech savvy. Happy holidays to everyone of you that has made Candy cane special.

For those of you wondering about Candy Cane Lane it is just not the same anymore. Corner House has moved. Now the house the Candy Cane Lane sign is still there and has fully decorated and most of us are still working to put stuff out over the weekend. Our house we just put lights up around the house my kid will add lights as he goes and is working so we are still a work in progress. Gingerbread Lane is in full force and there are other streets near us that have added a lot the one behind us that goes through Pueblo lots of Lights. So there are still plenty to see in our neighborhood. Happy holidays to all:-) I will try to get back to people as much as I can I am not very computer savvy LOL. This is something my kids help me out with if they have time.

Okay, I need to do another post cuz a lot of messages are asking for doing it this year. Yes, there are still some of us that are doing it this year. We're off to a very slow start. I think there's only like four. Maybe five houses already completed this weekend. I know that a few more will be going up. Some of us aren't going extravagant like we used to just more simple. Gingerbread Lane, however, has an awesome new addition. They are almost completely up after this weekend. I believe they should be completely going. I will keep you guys posted when they will have Santa and Mrs. Claus as well. Happy holidays!

I apologize to everyone for not getting back in a timely manner. So much has happened in this past year a lot of people have moved off this block. My husband does not want to decorate this year. I'm trying to get my kids to help me at least put lights around the house. I'm not sure what most people are doing on this street I can only speak for myself and say that hard times and hardships in life is taking its toll on my family this year. So I'm not 100% sure what's going on as far as decorating. I will do what I can to make sure my boys help me out with the decorating. If anything we might have a massive Christmas decoration sale. With me working constantly and physically unable to do a lot of the decorating that my husband has in the past. I am just unsure of what's going to happen I do apologize and I hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving and a merry Christmas. And thank you to all of you that have come every year in support we appreciate you :-)

Well it has been another year and so much has changed. Most of us feel that we all need some normalcy Candy Cane Lane will be up and running I can only speak for myself we are diligently trying to get the lights out for everyone to enjoy by December 11th. Because of covid-19 we will not be selling nachos this year. I am also sad to announce we will not have Santa or Mrs Claus on Pueblo Lane AKA gingerbread Lane. For the ones that are decorating we hope to bring joy and happiness and smiles to everyone. Happy holidays to all and thank you for coming by each and every year.

Due to the winds most of the displays have been knocked over not a good night to come mostly dark.

There is a lot of confusion to where we're located I just noticed and I don't know where it came from but we are in Corona not Torrance there are two streets in Corona that do it Pueblo and West Mission Road better known as gingerbread Lane and Candy Cane Lane during the holiday season main cross streets are Main and Ontario in Corona. I hope this gives people a better way to find where we are located if you Google Main and Ontario in the city of Corona and I'll take you right to us sorry I will not give my address out I did that before and we got vandalized. Message me any questions. On December 13th mr. And mrs. Claus will be taking photo ops on Pueblo which is aka. Gingerbread lane between 6 and 9 I believe I will post closer to the date the times. Right now with Thanksgiving late this year and a lot of us being 50 and over decorating and bad weather we are not all up and decorated. We all have full-time jobs please be patient we are trying as hard as we can to bring you a great experience I just don't want a lot of people to drive far to come see us right now. I hope by next weekend we are all up and running happy holidays everybody :-)
