tally sound. With continual leadership from today's partners, Jerry C. Kramer, and A. Javier Huerta, CLK has grown into a significant architectural practice in Texas. CLK's experienced professionals include licensed Architects and Interior Designers who actively direct teams from the conception or a project through completion. It is the focused participation from the same company members in all project phases which prompts so many of our clients to return; over seventy-five percent of our business arrives as a result of previous customers. Our employees likewise strive to continue their education and remain informed on the latest building technologies through active involvement in the American Institute of Architects and membership in the U.S. Green Building Council. Additionally, the firm endeavors to serve as an asset to the local area by way of community service and leadership in civic organizations. CLK specializes in a wide range of projects, include healthcare, religious, and higher education facilities, office buildings, commercial developments, municipal projects, high-rise and low-rise condominiums, memorials, residential projects, and industrial and community buildings. CLK also has extensive experience in master planning and land use studies.
