Fencing Sessions We build/repair fences, and other carpentry work. Light remodeling, rebuilding/building decks, welding (not on location). Painting, Debris Management

Standard Rates:
(1-a) 10.00 Per Linear foot (Under 75 feet):(1-b) 15.00 per linear foot (Over 75 feet). This is for straight fence building. Materials are a separate cost. This does not include the construction of a Gates/entryway into the fenced area. (2-a) 10.50 Per Linear foot (Under 75 feet):(2-b) 15.50 per linear foot (Over 75 feet). This is for Fence that will include the construction of a

gate/entryway into the fenced area. (3) 18.50 Per Linear foot (Under 100 feet). This is for Fence that includes gate/entryway and the cost of materials. (4) 26.50 Per Linear foot (over 100 feet). This is for Fence that includes gate/entryway and the cost of materials. Deck Builds/Repairs: 20.00 per Square foot; thes does not include materials

Fees: Fees are to be determined based on per job per workload. Fees will be associated with delivery of materials. (Our fees for delivery of materials are less expensive than lumber companies.) Straight Rates: We have set rates of straight costs for repair of specific item. Ask us for more info.
