Our team and the community are getting excited as the Ronald McDonald House Charities South Texas new building project nears realization. In honor of the recent foreclosure announcement, Id like to revisit a concept design we did in the near past for One Shoreline Plaza. This building is actually incredible piece of architecture. If any superhero developers are interested, we have concept for a residential tower, business tower, monumental club restaurant, rooftop pool.. it has it all!
