Warm, welcoming, and designed for everyday living

Large windows fill this kitchen with natural light while an open layout creates better flow for gathering and everyday traffic. Thoughtful details like glass front display cabinets, a pop-out bread board beneath the microwave, and pull-out storage above the fridge bring both beauty and function to the space.

Finished with warm maple cabinetry and Provenza LVP flooring, this kitchen feels inviting, timeless, and built for real life.

Some homes just need the right vision to feel like themselves again.

Our clients came to us with two spaces that no longer fit the character of their 1920s home. The bathroom felt tight and overwhelmed by pink finishes, while the kitchen remodel from the 80s left the layout feeling disconnected from the rest of the home.

The challenge wasn’t just updating these spaces—it was reimagining them while honoring the home's original style.

In the bathroom, a petite freestanding soaking tub created the perfect fit for the smaller footprint, paired with Arizona Tile flooring, rich Caviar cabinetry, and crisp Caesarstone Pure White surfaces for a space that feels bright, welcoming, and timeless.

In the kitchen, every cabinet and accessory was thoughtfully placed to maximize storage and improve flow. Pental Lux Aurum countertops, the Delta Antoni faucet, and bold Midnight Black slate flooring brought warmth and character back into the heart of the home.

Thoughtful updates, timeless details, and a home that finally feels connected again.

By removing walls between the existing bathroom and closet, we transformed multiple small spaces into one spacious retreat designed for comfort and aging in place.

Thoughtful features like a dedicated makeup counter, motion-activated toe kick lighting, a 6’ wide curbless shower, and heated floors and shower pan create a comfortable space. Finished with polished nickel Brizo Virage fixtures, an American Standard Townsend freestanding tub, and elegant Livex lighting, this bathroom feels timeless, functional, and beautifully personal.

A small bathroom doesn’t have to feel dark or limited. Our clients wanted a brighter, more functional space, so we introduced additional lighting, added a new window, and replaced the pedestal sink with a vanity to bring in much-needed storage.

Thoughtful details elevate the design, from tub-to-ceiling tile walls and quartz niche shelving to premium materials like United Tile’s New York Series “Settecento” shower tile, Surface Art Architectural Supreme floor tile, and a Toto Washlet bidet seat.

The result is a bathroom that feels brighter, more functional, and effortlessly refined.

The best homes feel intentional from room to room. When every detail speaks the same language, the entire space feels elevated without trying too hard. That consistency is what creates a true wow factor.

In this home, book-matched walnut cabinetry brings warmth, movement, and craftsmanship into every space. A dedicated desk area adds functionality without sacrificing design, while the full-height pantry keeps storage seamless and integrated into the overall aesthetic. Every feature was designed to feel connected— creating a home that feels cohesive, timeless, and thoughtfully lived in.

Our clients came to us with a few clear goals for this remodel: create a larger island where the whole family could gather, open up the kitchen entry by removing part of the unused fireplace brick, and add smarter storage throughout the space.

To keep the home true to its mid-century modern roots, we balanced warm light tones with darker contrasting finishes for a look that feels both timeless and updated. A large statement island now anchors the kitchen, while beautiful pendant lighting overhead ties the entire space together.

Designed to feel timeless, bright, and effortlessly luxurious.

This bathroom blends classic details with a clean, modern feel—featuring warm gold hardware, a statement vanity mirror, and a bright walk-in shower complete with custom built-in niches. Classic penny tile adds texture and charm underfoot, while a large soaking tub positioned in front of the window creates the perfect place to unwind.

Natural light pours into the space, giving the room an open, minimal feel without sacrificing warmth or luxury.

There’s something about this kitchen that just feels warm and inviting. Natural wood tones on the oversized island bring an organic feel to the space, while matching wood accents throughout the kitchen help everything feel connected and intentional.

The full-height square tile backsplash adds beautiful texture, and touches of gold in the hardware and pendant lighting give the space a soft, elevated feel. Paired with stunning quartz countertops, the result is a kitchen that feels bright, welcoming, and made to be lived in.

This Mother’s Day, skip the short-lived gifts and give something that truly lasts.

A thoughtfully designed space—whether it’s a kitchen remodel or a primary bath refresh—is more than just an upgrade. It’s something she’ll enjoy every single day. A place that feels calm, functional, and beautifully her. Because the best gifts aren’t just opened—they’re lived in.

Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at Schweitzer.
