This series of pictures shows the importance of a good team from start to finish. The first column is set on the edge of the slab (over a deepened footing), and the last catty corner column is set on a corner stem wall foundation (perfectly) on a 45,000 s.f. foundation with a 1/8" tolerance for the finish.
Bolted (uncut) steel erected building installed over formed foundation over cut and fill to level and balance (grading) the site for an 1 acre + footprint.
The finished photo shows the clean installation at the slab edge.
Planning is everything, collaboration with the design team, the product manufacturers, and construction supports the opportunity for clean details.
Proud to see this structure coming to life - The first of its kind and largest ground-up indoor grow at the time of entitlement.
