I put some eggs in the incubator yesterday. This is my first try at egg hatching. Did you know eggs incubate for 21 days? After day five I can start checking for viability.

Grandbaby came by and got her pumpkin. I hope to grow more of this Moose variety next year. Very pretty! The pumpkin and the babe! ;)

The last few days has me more active in the garden than I’ve been able to since June. I harvested the rest of the corn. So pretty! Cleaned up a planter box, planted the garlic and covered it with old fencing to keep the cats froM thinking I’ve provided them with a new restroom. Lol

Seeing the garden in such overgrown disarray while continuing to provide us with food and flowers gives me hope for next year. This heritage Indian corn is mind blowing!
