I like to be up front and honest with my customers. Sometimes pressure washing won't do the job. Oil that has soaked into the concrete for years cannot be removed with a degreaser and pressure. These oil stains were an accumulation from decades of leaks. If you notice your vehicle leaking oil, use a drain pan or some other container to catch the oil. If the oil does spill on to your concrete, clean it as soon as possible with a degreaser. The longer it sits, the more saturates into the pores of the concrete. I suggested that the owner use muriatic acid to wash the oil stains and it may help a little bit. Bottom line is, oil soaks in so you need to address it immediately if you don't want oil stains!
