Shower pan failure was challenging just working from the small shower door opening. The goal was not to have to replace the whole shower as the wall where very solid. They will be cleaned and regrouted if need be.

Well this job started out just helping get the flooring down. The night before I was going down to start the trim, I got a message that we had to wait on trim do to a mishap. So I drove down to see the mishap and part if the home had been flooded(no fault of mine). Ended up having to redo insulation, drywall and of course all the flooring on both levels about 2600 sq ft. Just a couple small details left and some more cleaning.
