The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago. The second best time is THIS WEEKEND!!! Whether you are looking for fast growing shade tree 🌳 or a statement tree 🌲, we have great options for you. This week we are featuring the Paper Birch, and the Western Larch. The Birch is a fast grower( 2 plus ft per year), has bright white bark, and stunning yellow foliage in the fall. Western Larch (tamarack as we call them around here) , is a very unique tree, it is a deciduous conifer meaning it's a needle tree that loses all its needles in the fall. It starts spring with soft, light green needles that darken over summer before turning bright gold and dropping off in the fall. It is a fast grower ( also 2plus ft per year). They grow tall and slender making a perfect statement tree for your yard. Come grab one of these or our other trees this weekend! All our trees are grown right here and are perfectly suited to our region.
