We just wrapped up a dock transformation! 🛠️ This dock had seen better days, dealing with old rotten wood and dangerous holes that made it unsafe for use.
We stripped off all the damaged top boards and applied Deck Frame Coating to the joists and under structure to seal and protect the frame from future water damage and rot. Then, we resurfaced the entire structure with brand-new, lumber and custom planed the edges for a clean, smooth finish. It’s now completely sturdy, safe, and built to last for years to come!

Getting a home prepped and looking its best means tackling the essential fixes from top to bottom. On this project, our team took care of:
*Primed sink cabinet water stains with Kilz
*Sealed showers and toilets
*Added bathroom ceiling insulation
* Installed brand-new attic stairs
*Reinforced bathroom subfloor support framing (swipe to see!)
*Cut back the fuel pipe for proper clearance in the attic
*Installed a T&P valve drain valve in the crawl space
*Added a protective bushing around an exposed attic wire

Knocking out the inspection list from top to bottom! 🏡✨
🏡✨ Southern Fix-It just finished up a major round of exterior repairs to help get this home ready for closing.
Here is what we knocked out for this project:
*Cleaned and painted the back porch
*Repaired the porch steps
*Replaced the front porch stringers and added stringer hangers underneath
*Fixed up exterior fascia wood rot
*Extended All downspouts away from the foundation to prevent soil erosion.
*Added fresh dirt around the exterior foundation
*Removed old, unused satellite dishes
*Handled roof repairs, including fixing shingle nail pops and holes
