Structural Support & Safety Upgrade! 🛠️🏡💪
Sometimes a dip in a deck isn't from a bad post it's simply because the distance between the supports is too wide for the weight it's carrying. You could definitely feel the sag when standing on this upper deck, which kept the homeowners from using it for a while.
We came in to add the extra structural support this layout needed. We safely jacked up the structure and installed a heavy-duty, pressure-treated post to split the span. Now, the weight is properly distributed, the deck is rock solid, and it’s 100% safe to hang out on again!
Next up: Once the new lumber cures and we find the right paint, we’ll be heading back to give the post a finished coat to match that gorgeous dark ceiling perfectly! 🎨

**Before & After: Knocking out some nasty wood rot!** 🛠️🏠
We cut out the damaged exterior band board on this beautiful porch and replaced it with clean, solid, fully sealed lumber to protect the home from the elements. The homeowner is handling the final painting himself, so we got it completely prepped, sealed, and ready for his brush!

🚧 Project Reveal: Atlanta Walkway Transformation
We’re checking this one off the list just in time! We took this side yard from "don't walk here when it rains" to a clean, stone-and-mulch path that’s ready for anything.

Structural save in Atlanta! 🛠️
Sometimes a full tear-out isn't necessary when you catch the issues in time. This deck had some serious wood rot and was actually sinking in the middle because of a missing support beam.
We were able to:
• Jack up the center to level everything out.
• Install the missing structural support.
• Replace only the rotted boards to keep costs down for the client.
• Build fresh porch steps and finish it off with a clean coat of paint.
A great example of how targeted repairs can completely revive a space without the price tag of a full rebuild!
