Today's the big day...Patience Coffee has officially opened at Carroll Street Courtyard!

Come say hello to our newest neighbor in Clark's Grove. Patience Coffee is now open. Hours are 7am–3pm M-F and Saturday 8am-4pm. Expanded hours are coming. Stop by for a cup to go or hang around to enjoy indoor or outdoor seating.

While you're here, take a swing on the community putting green — putters are available for anyone who wants to play a few holes.

Carroll Street Courtyard is coming down the homestretch!

We're excited to welcome Patience Coffee and La Medicea's gelato kitchen to the courtyard and Clark's Grove. Clark's Grove mainstays, Skin Daily Aesthetics and Attorney Thua G. Barlay with Lueder, Larkin & Hunter, will be moving to their own Carroll Street live/work buildings that front the courtyard entrance. As a mixed-use project, the second floor of each building is residential. The courtyard center will feature tables, chairs, and a putting green with community putters available.

Great to hear that the solar panel manufacturing company Suniva is making a comeback in Georgia. And, what a surprise to see that the solar array from the Clark's Grove pool is the featured photo in this AJC article. Live/Work Building Company's Randy Vinson designed the pergola in 2003 and in 2010 the solar panels were added. The solar array continues to power the pool equipment and lights.

Solar cell manufacturer Suniva plans to reopen a shuttered Norcross factory and create as many as 240 jobs amid a surge of new tax incentives aimed at shoring up the U.S. green energy manufacturing supply chain.

A lot has been happening at The Carroll Building this summer. The first residents moved in at the beginning of July. Skin Daily opened in August. More residents will move in at the beginning of September. While the building is filling up, there are still two apartments available.
