With the incoming winter storm, expect damaged and downed trees due to the amount of snow and then the dreaded ice following. Don't risk injury or much worse trying to take care of it yourself. If the tree is on the power lines, DO NOT TOUCH IT! Even if the power is out, you dont know if the power company is working to restore power on the other end and energize the lines.
