We had a customer contact us about a deck expansion and requested that it match the appearance and style of the homes exterior details. Extending the deck beyond the existing home structure with a cantilever provided the home owner with a great view of the lake from their new deck addition. Our pricing for decks start at $35 per square foot, including concrete formed foundation, zero ground contact post structure, fully taped joists rot protection and premium wood deck boards with standard rail.

Its been a busy summer for Falls Property Maintenance! We have done quite a bit this summer and early fall, hence not having any posts for a few months. We have done some siding repair, garage master suite conversions. Custom bunk beds, deck additions, handyman work, commercial business repair work. Fully custom built from a slab barn door.. A wonderful family entrusted and welcomed us into their home to build them some custom quad bunk beds.

I love building relationships with my customers and I really enjoyed working for and with this family. They are truly kind people and trusted me to be creative with their vision for this project.

One of our wonderful customers requested a corral for their trash can.

During the consultation aspect of the project we discussed the possibility of using the shou sugi ban (焼杉板) preservation and water protection method that has been used in Japan for many years.

The resulting structure is unique but not intrusive or out of place on their property.
