Some before and after pics of these beautiful red oak floors hidden under carpet for many moons.. ✌🏻 out tile too.. sanded, sealed, and 3 coats of semi gloss water base finish.. another thrilled customer. Will be back to do the master bedroom when furniture is shifted around.

Sanded the old awful orange oil finish off these #1 common red oak floors; sealed, and apply 3 top coats of waterbase semi gloss finish so a nice natural clean look. Pics taken before final buffing/coat.

Refinished original 1929 pine floors with commercial waterbase finish and sealed of course… patched a bunch of boards and did a sweet custom reducer out of a 2x4 for the transition between the kitchen and dining room.. pictures taken before the last buffing and coating. iPhone pictures don’t do justice too.

Some refinished red oak select floors with 3 sets of red oak steps.. we used satin-oil finish on this one to match the railings and 3 existing bedrooms that weren’t redone at this time.. on to the next. 🤘🏻
ps: Pictures were taken before we buffed and applied the last final coat.. so they will look even better after that last coat dries.

Some before and after pics of these white oak select floors that needed a refinishing bad… besides the small animal urine stain or 2 in the dining room that the customer didn’t want patched, came out beautiful.. part 1 of this job was done a few months ago, now part 2 and job complete. sanded, sealed, commercial waterbase finish.

Original 1926 Pine-Fur floors and hallway refinished.. after ripping up the carpet, came out 2 big squares filled in with plywood that needed to be patched.. we used the same exact pine wood, but original wood from 1926 and new wood from 2023 so it will look a little different for a bit until it blends perfectly…

Small 1 bedroom job for a return customer… patched a few animal urine stained boards and BING B**G! Filled; sanded, sealed, 3 coats of waterbase finish. Pics taken before last buffing and coat.

Removed carpet from these 2 bedrooms and hallway; sanded, stained Antique Brown to much the dining room my pops did back in 1983(still looked good), and apply 3 coats of satin oil base finish.. pics taken before the last buffing and coat.

Refinished kitchen floor last week.. amber looking oil base finish removed by sanding; sealed, and 3 fresh coats of waterbase finish.

These floors went from being Payless to straight GUCCI! Some Now-N-Then pics of this master bedroom and living room.. sanded these 2 1/4 white oak select floors, sealed, and topped off with of commercial semi gloss finish. Will be back in a few weeks for phase 2(dining room, bedroom, hallway).

27 years ago I would of never thought I’d being doing one of my middle school teachers floors, but here we are. Some before and after pics(forgot to take pics of the old carpet)… we weaved in half of the dining room; did a patch, replaced a bullnose, installed 6 transition pieces and sanded, stained(provincial), sealed, coated with commercial semi gloss these 2 1/4 inch red oak selects floors and steps.
