Another great day for site visits. Today brought me to FIDI in NYC across the street from Stock Exchange Building. My client is on the third floor with over 12’ ceilings and 10’ tall double hung windows. The building’s public spaces maintain the original detailing while the apartments have been modernized. My client wanted to bring some of that character back to their apartment. We also needed to create a private space for their infant but could also be used as a future office.
