This beach house went from 2000s builder grade, to high end custom designer grade!

⭐️A load bearing wall was removed and a large flush beam and columns inside the walls were installed.

⭐️A new sliding glass door out to the back deck and a new bank of windows in the seating area were installed.

⭐️The maple floors were sanded and whitened with nordic seal and finished with water based polyurethane.

⭐️New white oak staircase railings and shiplap walls up the staircase walls.

⭐️High end custom cabinetry and quartzite countertops with a mitered island giving the look of a 2" thick slab.

⭐️Polished bronze hardware and nautical light fixtures.

⭐️Benjamin Moore Chantily Lace paint throughout.

There was a lot of collaboration with the design team, homeowners and subcontractors on this one! And everyone killed it! We even got the job done the day before the promised deadline!
