This was one of our biggest projects this year and it came out amazing! We demoed the old deck and built a whole brand new 700 sqft deck with a 18’x8’ deck bar area with live edge cherry deck bar. We installed pine tongue and grove boards in the ceiling and around the interior of the bar, recessed lighting and t.v and a steel roof to top it off. We installed timber tech composite decking over the whole thing with black railing system and cocktail rail to match decking. We also installed a waterproof membrane over the whole deck to create a full dry storage space under the entire deck area!

We added a full master bath with Murphy door to utility room to this basement. We installed a full custom walk in tile shower with river rock floor and waterfall detail, and barn slider door. The entire bathroom floor and shower floor are heated. We installed a backlit led, fog free mirror, and also a custom floating “Ipe” wood bench seat in the shower, and also used this same wood for the curb and trim throughout the bath. The accent wall behin the vanity is also Ipe shiplap.

Oakley construction handled all the work in this basement from start to finish! We framed walls, insulated and ran electrical to code, installed new drywall and shiplap throughout, new flooring, finished the stairs to match the main floor, painted everything, and installed new cabinets and butcher block counters to create a custom office space.

We did a ton of work on this medical ma*****na grow facility! We installed all the vinyl flooring and vinyl base throughout both floors, we also ground off all the sealer on the first floor concrete and epoxied all the concrete surfaces, we installed all the led grow lighting/ballasts in the flower and veg rooms, and the dehumidifiers. We installed all the tile and created the custom wall in shower in the bathroom on the first floor, painted the whole interior of the entire facility, installed all the steel doors and door closers throughout, we assembled and installed/setup the flood/drain sliding tables in the flower and veg rooms, we also installed the cabinets and butcher block counters in the break room. Much more was done by us in this building, hard to list it all! Super fun project!

We took the original first floor bath in our house and split it into a full master bathroom and 1/2 bath by the back entry. We did a full custom tile walk in shower with large rainfall shower head, wall mounted adjustable head, and also a main shower head with two massaging wall jets. We did a custome floating carerra marble bench seat and three shelf niche, also added stainless corner shelves. We did a soft close glass barn sliding door and also installed a soft close pocket door coming into the bath. We installed a shiplap detail on one wall with floating shelving to match the pocket door. We installed a 48” double vanity with matching marble top and a pattern tile floor. The bathroom also has a Bluetooth speaker built in to the bathroom fan.

We installed gentek “majestic brick” vinyl siding on this house and wrapped all the trim with white metal. We also installed a new exterior door and demoed the mud room in the back of the house to make space for the future deck.
