A big project this 2023 Summer! New 20x12 deck using 6x6 posts, 6x10 support beam, 4x8 joists 16" on center, on 16" concrete footings. We connected our deck to the existing stairs walkway, built a much needed 25' longx 3' tall railroad tie retaining wall. From our deck, we built a 4 step landing, to another 12 step staircase down to a 5' by 20' deck at the bottom proving an entrance to their build up. Good times!

What up my beautiful FB friends! I haven't posted any of our jobs this Summer, so here we go! Just want to express how thankful I am to be living in our beautiful San Bernardino mountains and to be able to help our community with new decks and repairs to your home.
In this job, we replaced this 16' staircase, along with all new custom support posts made of 4x4 steel, Trex floorboards, and all new handrails/balusters.

Custom hogwire panel fence in Valley of the Moon. Complete with two gates. Total of about 45 LF of fence complete with 2 gates. Total project cost was about $3000, including labor and materials.
