Recently, I redesigned skylight covers for clients Ralph & Kathy, addressing a critical flaw in the original design. The angled opening above the plexiglass required removal of ceiling trim for cleaning access. By integrating a track system into the moulding, I enabled effortless plexiglass removal for cleaning by simply sliding out one end piece of the track. This enhancement corrects a significant mistake made by the initial contractor/builder.

A second garbage can hide is strategically located in the same neighborhood. This new client is situated across the street from the first one, which was completed a few months prior. The Association may want to consider having me perform all of them. Another client is thoroughly pleased and plans to rehire me to improve the aesthetic of their deck at a later date, due to their dissatisfaction with the original construction company.

Major project completed, including fence and gate installation, deck expansion to 544 sq ft, upgrading from 400 sq ft with a 24x10 to 24x16, and refurbishment of the 16x10 Florida room. Removed their old 10x14 deck and built a 10x16 upper level and a 16x16 lower deck for their Gazebo. Now their very challenging slopping back yard is a nice place to have family memories. I'll go back next year to protect their decks for years to come.
