I hope everyone has had some Happy Holidays and ready to bring in the New Year! With this beautiful home under contract we are looking ahead at the beginning of 2023. We will be getting back to taking customers for handyman services, remodels and whatever else is on your todo list for 2023. Also we are looking forward to breaking ground on our second lot next to this custom home in the coming months. Feel free to reach out and let us know if we can help you out.

Before and after shower job.
Done this job a few weeks ago. Big change for the customer. Tub drain had was leaking and in the process of the customer attempting to fix it it become disconnected under the tub and the tub was also damaged in the process. We was able to fit it and give them a custom shower to use for years to come
with the Schluter system.

(Disregard the paint needing cut in, customer is doing the paint job and had enough time to get the walls rolled so I could set the vanity and toilet.)

Another bathroom remodel in progress. Scraped the popcorn ceiling, new drywall on the walls. Fixed some leaking copper behind the walls and a bunch of new studs. Tile next week and finish it off with a new vanity, vanity light, mirror and toilet. Stay tuned for the final photos!

Before and After. Let’s start by saying WOW! This is a huge transformation. We took this customers bathroom from the early 90’s and brought it back to 2022. Customer ultimately wanted a walk in closet. We went from a two and a half foot deep and ten foot wide closet to a five foot by thirteen foot walk-in! And she has plenty of room to go shopping for some more clothes… Hope y’all like it as much as the owner and myself.

Before and after of the latest shower remodel. Few hidden building flaw once the tub was removed. Exterior wall had no insulation! We did fully insulate the exterior wall and the interior or sound proofing. Gotta keep that energy inside the house especially with power bills going up!!!
