NOW HIRING: Snow Removal Crew Members
Red Oaks Landscaping is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our Snow Removal Team for the upcoming winter season. We take pride in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality snow and ice management services for our clients.

Available Positions:

Sidewalk Shovelers

Snow Blower Operators

Plow Truck Drivers

Crew Leaders

Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently remove snow and ice from designated properties

Operate snow removal equipment (plows, blowers, shovels, etc.)

Apply de-icing materials as needed

Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Ability to work outdoors in cold weather conditions for extended periods

Flexible availability during snow events (including nights, early mornings, and weekends)

Valid driver’s license required for equipment operators and drivers

Previous experience in snow removal or landscaping is preferred but not required

Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience, with opportunities for overtime and seasonal bonuses.

If you don't already know, EVERYTHING IS A SHEET OF ICE OUT THERE! We have been out all evening serving all jobs and will be back to all again as it is re freezing over. The main roads are covered with black ice as well, so IF YOU DONT HAVE TO GO OUT, PLEASE DONT! They are calling for rain all through the night and that is going to make the am commute dangerous as well. We ask that everyone stays safe and inside if possible.

⚠️Dangerous, Life-Threatening Cold Expected Saturday Night through Tuesday⚠️

- On the heels of our snow, arctic air will be surging into the center part of the country from Canada. Highs on Saturday will be observed early in the day as temps drop. Lows Saturday night through Monday night could be below zero and well below zero at times. Highs below zero are possible on Sunday and Monday. We may go 36-48 hours without breaking 0 degrees. Wind chills will bottom out late weekend and early next week -10 to -30. We will slowly rebound later next week. Please make sure your pets and livestock are ready for life threatening cold. May want to leave sinks cabinet doors open and faucets dripping to prevent pipes from freezing 🥶

FREE SNOW ❄️ SHOVELING CLASS: Today at 10:00 PM I will be holding a FREE snow shoveling class.. Come and join the class and learn about the proper ways to shovel. Reviewed techniques will include the scoop and throw method, the down and push method (AKA the plow technique), as well as the upside down scraping technique. Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity to enhance your snow lifting techniques without throwing your back out! I will provide the driveway and multiple walkways to ensure your training is conducted in the most life-like situation, I only ask that you bring your own shovel.
